Spot on review. So much happen and it was a wrapped in a blink of an eye. I think the whole his ex wife plot didn’t get the time it needed to be impactful in the movie and could have been left out

This could have been streamlined and fleshed out so much more ! I felt it departed from the original characters traits with the exception of beetle juice and Delia ….. There were definitely many characters that didn’t need to be part of this

I left the movie thinking Jenna Ortega has a bright future. She flashes intelligence and humor. And the camera loves her.

I wish i would have enjoyed this one. The soundtrack, Michael Keatons acting and overall the way it was shot was good. The multiple story lines was way too messy for me.

What was the deal with Rory trying to befriend Astrid? He asked the mother to marry him without her blessing so what was his game?

@@WorldWarJoe I figured it was just part of an act so she didn't try to dissuade her mother. I get the feeling big chunks were cut from this movie
