Just a word about NATO funding. _Every_ year, NATO members are _required_ to contribute TWO PERCENT of their GDP. Almost the entirety of the NATO members are several years (decades ina few cases) behind on their payments. Despite being years and/or _decades_ in arrears, they STILL expect NATO to defend them with 100 percent commitment. Not Realistic. And the fact that thy made some minuscule contribution to try and "catch up" on their arrearages is _meaningless_ in the big picture. NATO has turned into a charity which is required to be completely funded by U.S. taxpayers, when everyone else can just laugh it off is beyond ludicrous.
