Production of shells in US and EU together is 450k + 550k per year, and according to NAT0 statement (not mine) RU has production of 3M per year. Similar problems are with other weapons and ammunition. Production of stinger is 45 per month. You want believe that production of PAC3 for Patriot is 550 per yer.

Well they still have underground facilities from soviet era, not so hard to put there assembly line for UAVs for example. Tricky part is that Russia knows where exactly these undergrounds are and have enough bunker-busters. On the other hand naval drones in Odessa are assembled in a parking lot under appartment complex - does it count as underground?

Su57’s have been flying cover missions for the su34’s on their strikes. In the audio recording of the su34 dodging the patriots missiles you can hear the pilot talking to his wingman which is said to be in a su57. So i agree with your comment, without a doubt they have been operating into Ukraine

2:30 The HIMARS strike shows something interesting. They don't have any rockets with a unitary warhead, instead they used this airburst shrapnel version which is very good against armored vehicles and air defenses and troops and things but bad at infrastructure and buildings and trench systems and things like that, and they can't use glide bombs or precision air launched missiles (because of Russian air defense) all of which would be much more effective at taking down this bridge. Most startling is I think that 2.5 years into the war America can't produce enough of the proper GMLRS unitary warhead variant to support a high intensity conflict.

It doesn't matter who you support, but I think it's fairly obvious that Kursk will be Robotyne 2.0 just larger. Lots of fanfare when Ukraine takes it, complete radio silence once they lose it. Kursk was an interesting attempt to shake things up in this war, but all it resulted in is experienced Ukrainian units fighting Russian recruits, and experienced Russian units fighting Ukrainian recruits. If they just continue trading territory, even at a favorable rate for Ukraine, guess who has more territory to trade.

Russia has seemed to of slowed Ukrainian advances in Kursk but they are not retaking territory which will obviously get harder as time goes on as Ukraine digs in. The difference between reservist and conscript is like the difference between day and night. Reservists have already been trained and their brains have had years of time to subconsciously process what they have learned and produce models of action. I had zero tactical understanding when I was just released to army reserve after serving in the army. I did not even know of strategic dimension. Now after years and years of that point I have developed deep tactical understanding and moderate understanding of strategic dimension that is economic dimension. You cannot have any strategic impact by tactical victories which Ukraine now tries, but only by working towards situation where they can outmatch the production numbers Russia is able to muster. I would go for peace and forget Ukraine Nato membership as russians are not stupid.
