Hi Matt. Everytime a customer contacts me because of a white screen of death, the culprit is either an "exotic" and obsolete theme (often from Themeforest) or a deprecated plugin. So I could not agree more about your advices: use a strong page builder (Divi or Elementor), and turn your auto updates on. There are less serious issues due to a failed update than issues due to obsolete themes or plugins. Maintenance is the key.

In rare cases however a update does break your site, I had it a lot of times with YOAST PRO in combination with WPML PRO.... nightmare... but then again, they are both on my 'Avoid plugins list' 😎 kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWWtqnycqpx-Z9E

Hey Doctor, can you please make a tutorial for JetSmartFilters? I added a meta field to Wordpress' Posts using JetEngine > Meta Box, and then added a filter for that meta field but it doesnt work in frontend. Is there another/easier way to filter custom meta fields?
