i think, there is an error, resources in first plan should be 2,2,2,6,4,5,4,4,5,3,2,2. Duration the activity D is 1. I am wrong? Thank you.

Good general explanation but there's an error in the calculation - you've put 2 days in your graph for D when there's one day needed (it's the float that is 2 days.) You got confused with your shading, I think....
