I got the game this week and it hit the table with a group of 6 today. We were going to play one Infiltration game to try it then try 7 Wonders. Instead, we played a second game, after which 2 people would have to leave... Followed by a 3rd 6 player game (nobody left) because everybody loved it so much and couldn't stop playing. :) I think it's fair to say it was hit. It's very easy to approach and player interaction is enjoyable and cut throat. The theme is engaging too. We loved it!

The game looks interesting, thanks for the review. However, I'm almost more impressed with the reviewer himself. He speaks clearly and explains the rules of the game well. I spend a lot of time checking youtube reviews of various products and some of them are awful.

I'd say so. Over 3 games, going past room 1 on the 2d floor was looking for a world of trouble. I guess 6 players could give you more opportunities to lower the alarm and proximity if you wanted to. But people do NOT tend to play this in a "let's all be nice" kind of way. :) We were also tempted to use the "Specialists" rule variant on the last page of the rulebook to make the character backgrounds more relevant, but ended up running out of time. We did use the Extract rule from game 1 though.

I don't think the game's style lends to that, but you can play teams, where you are 2 v2 for example, and you both have to make it out and you and your team mate's total DF's are added together for one score. Just a thought.

You mention that there is no difference in operatives, but the Specialists variant located in the rules allows you to customize the item cards thematically per operative.

That's awesome! the more the merrier in this game for sure! Have you found with that many people, it's a bit harder to move up to the higher rooms? Just curious, as I have. I think 4 players is optimal, but it is still a blast. I love games with high levels of interaction and this definitely delivers. Glad you like it and had fun with it!

This was a miss for me because I felt that, despite the variety of cards and rooms, you really had only two choices: Grab data quickly on floor one and run out, or get to the top and hope there is an escape route. The weakest game in the android IP for sure, but I have had a couple fun plays.

Gotta find a way to mix this game with Resistance... that would be too cool.
