The wobble is max at the critical speed, the further you are away from the critical speed the better.

brother i have a doubt , we know that centripetal force is proportional to square of velocity but in this experiment with decrease in speed causes more centripetal force to main the motion?

Unfortunately it is not enough, we need to take into account the forces of inertia, the elastic and damping reaction and then Apply D'Alembert to balance the forces and moments.

Critical shaft speed is when the rotation frequency matches the natural bending frequency of the shaft (based on shaft stiffness and mass. Safe operation is possible at higher speeds and lower speeds, but if you try to operate at or very near the critical speed, undamped resonance can lead to destructive events like the one in the video. This was a great demonstration of the fact that "too fast" is not the problem when it comes to dealing with critical shaft speed.
