Dear Mr. Lützen, I really appreciated the insight I got from watching your video and learning about your way of facilitating Critical Uncertainties. I ran the structure yesterday and it was my understanding that the participants gained some new insights during the workshop. Also, some participants opened up and shared stuff I am convinced they would never have been shared in one of their regular meetings. And they thanked me after the workshop. That can never be bad, right?! So thank you. For the video and for your support. However, we still need to have a serious talk about how you find delight in 'disturbing' me with your………ahem………special brand of jokes 😘

I think the timing mentioned on the Liberating Structures website is too long. At least for the things I have used the structure for. I often treat the timings as max. I think some of them can often be run quicker by listening into the room and the energy levels of the participants. Are people still engaged? Awesome, lets take a minute more.
