Same! And for the last one I use doors! Allows me to put the foot against the frame and put my body through the door to stretch it. :). Thanks!

Former athlete that's trying to regain leg balance and strength. I love running, and with the before and after stretches I can actually do small runs without hurting for days. After the yoga video that helped me repair my ankle since 2019, these are the 2nd and 3rd videos I've downloaded. Thank you.

I love these videos I did my first run yesterday and didn't o I had to warm or and cool down and my do I hurt today I'm definitely going to do these before and after my second run tomorrow

good stuff, but you forgot the hamstring. Thats one of the most sensitive muscles in the legs after the calves

Farooq Mazaffar that last calf stretch hits the hamstring if done correctly.

These warmup and cool downs are great! Watch them during every run now. I've been tracking my runs recently and I'm running at an average abit above 200 spm, how do I bring that down closer to 180 while keeping/improving my speed?

THANKS BRIAN NEED TO ASK YOU ONE MORE QUESTION. ACTUALLY I USED TO SQUAD(WITH BARBELL WEIGHTS) A LOT BEFORE BUT ONE DAY I HURT MYSELF & NOW WHEN EVER I TRY TO SQUAD(EVEN BODY WEIGHT) I CAN'T DO MORE THAN 5-6 REP MY HAMSTRING & CALVES BECOME SO TIGHT I AM NOT ABLE TO EVEN WALK FOR A WHILE WHAT SHOULD I DO? PLEASE SUGGEST.

Hello sir, I'm a beginner and started running 8 days ago. I used to do stretching after running though the thie part Lil above the knee started paining after 4 days of running and day by day it is increasing like anything. Please suggest me some tips to get relief out of this pain

Depending on the severity of your pain if it is chronic, you really should see a doctor or physiotherapist. We do have several videos on our channel with stretching programs that you may want to incorporate pre-run to see if that helps with your pain.

Standing quad stretch instead of the “couch” stretch with the bench.

Do you have an existing injury? Or could this pain be related to an old injury? Perhaps this has to do with your gait? Have you ever had that looked at by a doctor or physio?
