Could have been 3 in fact. Squat or Deadlift, a press (bench or shoulder)and a row. All done! Still, nice to perhaps alternate unless just a strength focus.

I've been having pain in my forearms during heavysets, mainly on curls. will this help deal with it?
@Criticalbench15 сағат бұрын
These are great movements to warm-up the arm, but I don't necessarily think they would address your forearm pain. Something I've always noticed is wrist/forearm/elbow pain usually comes from weak forearms. Strengthen your forearms multidirectional and your pain will go away

I get to 205 but as soon as I try 225 I can’t get it up. Amazing how just 20 pounds can affect you under tension.
@Criticalbench16 сағат бұрын
225lb can also be so mental sometimes, just seeing two wheels is a mental/physical block. 225 iso holds is an awesome way to overcome that mental block.

I would never warm up for 225 with just a bar. That is just cardio, not even stretching. Explosive up wastes energy. You just want fast up.
@Criticalbench16 сағат бұрын
Priming the muscles and generating blow flow to the targeted muscle is a necessity before going heavy.

So mean reasons, arches, footwear, running/walking surface, posture, heel strikes, leg/hip strength, ankle mobility, muscle imbalances....but if I was to start somewhere, I would start with mobility/strengthening

I found out that I had this hiatal hernia a few months ago, and it really bothers me. Watching your video, it really gave me hope that I can reverse it doing the exercises that you did to treat yourself. I will try it and i will hope for the best. Also I go to gym often and with this condition I dont know what i should and shouldn't do at gym. Any advise. Thank you.

Zach has been healed for awhile now, but he's very strategic with his training and diet. His diet is on point, I'm not sure if he knows what a cheat meal is. Also his exercises are always done with a tight/contracted core in mind. There is always hope, I read messages like yours often. Keep fighting 💪
