I'm pleasently surprised with this mech. True, I loose leg like childreen loose teeth. Don't do insane amounts of damages but got kills every single match by punishing mechs out of position. Has decent builds where it can move at 151kph before skill tree. The turn rate does feel a bit low for a mech this fast and light but it can be cause I upped the engines.

I am looking forward to grinding skill points to see the gradual improvement with the chassis for myself. Going to focus on armour and heat with the rest in energy cooldown and heat venting as well.

Today was the first time I ever used The Osiris. I got the 3D Variant. Took off the machine gun and ammo to add the rest in armor points and left everything else the same. I like this light mech alot. Very fast very nimble and has a nasty punch to it. It can hold out kind of well. I wasn't sure about this one but glad I tested it out. It is kind of fragile. I usually expect that from little guys like this one. I use chainfire on three of the ER mediums and and fire the other two together. Good match too

It's extremely fragile but it's so well armed and quick you can easily burn 'mechs down. I really enjoyed running it when it originally arrived and still take it as my default light for TAW groups. The chain fire is a must though if you use anything close to the default loadout.

I like it, but you are correct on how fragile it is. Felt like I was in a 30 ton Locust with jump jets.

I really wanted to buy this. I fucking love lights. But then I remembered "never per order", and I was right. PGI and Russ "little details" Bollocks pretty much pre nerfs the thing with medium laser nerfs right out the box. Or in other words "yet another light mech nerf".

Those energy changes are pretty heavy handed. If Russ wants to cut down on alpha striking then he shouldn't have given so many 'mechs inflated hardpoint numbers and the ability to take any sized weapon in any hardpoint. The idea of say the Warhammers machine gun slots being ample enough to house AC/20's is a dumb decision. Sized hardpoints would have helped immensely with curtailing builds that vomited lasers.
