Are the Weapons on This Fighter such as the Medium Lasers and Small lasers the same type of Lasers that are Equipped on Battle Mechs?

Yep, and that means you also get 100 ton aerospace fighters and they can deal incredible damage to battlemechs in strafing attacks.

Critical Rocket Wow. I don't know which I would rather be in. This or a Mech. I mean considering the battle wasn't in space but on the ground i wonder how low it could go. I guess it would have to be able to go low enough to be able to use it's Medium Lasers on a mech. Although going that low and getting targeted by a Catapult or Another LRM/ATM Carrier would be risky. Or wait....could a mech even have enough time to lock on to this craft due to it's high speeds?

Most mechs had trouble targeting fighters as they strafed but at the same time fighters are also quite fragile under TT rules, especially in atmo. The Rifleman was an anti aircraft mech for instance that not only could track them but did a good job of shooting them down. The Jagermech was even better with it's ACs.

LRM's, AA systems, certain 'mechs like ishlad mentioned are all solid counters ground wise. Though the best counter is other aerotech units.

Was there ever a BattleSpace video game? Although I don't know how you'd encompass the whole scope of options in one game.

Sadly not. I was betting money a year or so ago when PGI said they had a major announcement and I was sure it was going to be Aerotech as a companion free to play game to MWO.

That sounds badass, as long as PGI isn't developing such a game.... I do not have high expectations for MW5.
