I got them and the amazfit balance! The smartwatch work great but the earbuds don’t get connected to the watch. I tried on the zepp up but the app just show me the other three different earbuds but no this one. I updated the app but still doesn’t work

I don't even know what the problem is, maybe these headphones are not supported by the watch, try connecting to another model.

I think you need to reset the settings, there should be no problems with connection.
