@@CritterHunter haha :) to be honest I’ve always wanted to go scuba diving but I am quite scared of sharks and crocodiles. I’m Australian and generally anywhere I’ve lived that has the Great Barrier Reef also has both sharks and crocodiles not far away. Watching your videos I have been feeling inspired to give it a go when I move to the Philippines :)

Justin oatmeal may be better than your smoothy. Here is why. Your shake is chopped super fine and gets into your body too fast which I imagine makes you store suger rather than burn it.
