@arbhall75728 жыл бұрын
I love that Sangrador! That is definitely one of the stand outs on this table to me. High carb steel, double edged fixed blade with a small serration section. Win, Win. That Clever girl could be a really good skinning knife. Great interview Scout! You covered more of the products at CRKT than Mixflip did. I though he got them all, but he clearly did not.

What always saddens me with the CRKT is dedication of their management to these really sub-par steels of yesterday, while interesting designs and innovative ideas of their designers are great.

Jettison had me until lack of pocket clip. Outrage looks sweet. Wonder if he's mad at Kershaw by along it that! Love the blade shape on it like you said. Nice newly but a fine point. Wish the buku had a bit bigger pocket clip. Like the light stonewash on it. That civet neck knife looks sweet! Looked like it has a bigger blade than the minimalist. Don't know how I feel about that sheath though. Wish you would have shown more of the Ruger line.

@jimmygrey68488 жыл бұрын
Don't you just hate it when you're half way through making a knife, which you thought was an original design, only to see the near exact blade shape used on a new production knife. I'm talking about that Jettison, except mines a fixed blade.
@DamionJR49238 жыл бұрын
I always think there is a disgruntled person going around disliking videos. If you read the title what's not to like. A CRKT rep who is exited about his products. You get what the title says.

Have no freaking idea how a bushcraft hatchet was "forged by war". Goddamn marketing.
@johnski47098 жыл бұрын
+albi131 The line has designs by veterans with a portion of the sales going to military charities. Don't be a douchebag.
@arbhall75728 жыл бұрын
+John Ski I think hes got a point. They could just as easily have called the product line "Veteran Designed" to achieve the same and likely better results. Forged by war implies a lot.

Arbhall McDougall Exactly
@yogililly8848 жыл бұрын
the designer of the ax was a Vietnam War veteran, Vietnam has a totally different topography compared to the Middle East. Vietnam has mountains, hills, deltas so a bushcraft style ax would be well suited to the terrain the vet served in. Also as a Vietnam's era veteran, (war ended in 1975) the designer is likely 60+ years of age and is drawing on life's experience beyond the war.
@arbhall75728 жыл бұрын
Yogi Lilly The middle east has mountains too. Lots of them. The real big difference is the abundance of water. Jungles have it, deserts dont.

Buku looks very interesting. I'm sorry though those Forged By war knives aren't anything I want in combat and I have 36 months of it. I want a thick Esee 5 type blade. The axe on the other hand looks excellent. The donations to charity are very much appreciated.
