I was eying the freyr a while ago for bushcraft but stuck with cold steel. Nice vid wes! I missed your comment on last vid before it vanished. Christmas around the corner, whats on your christmaxe list this year?

I’m curious to see how this performs once it has an edge. Yeah I’m not sure what happened on that live. I scheduled it for an advanced showing and I went live but no notification was sent out. I didn’t have anyone join. So I waited about 18 minutes and stopped it. Then I started another one, same thing. Then when I stopped it, the notification was sent out and a few people got on and started commenting. I don’t know what I did the first time and why it didn’t seem to work. I’ll try again in the evening on a weeknight instead.

I have no clue what my wife got me. She writes stuff down throughout the year that I say I want and never get. And she always does a great job of surprising me so we shall see haha. You got anything you’re hoping for?

@@MidgardAxe ah bud ive had to be boring this year and ask for a good phone... i look after my axes and bows better than my tech 😂 a kindle too as my books are a big thing for me. If not for tech then a gransfors bruk carpenter axe would have been. Alas i have a bday in feb so fingers crossed 😂

I’m almost done throwing this one. I’ll drop the video of my final thoughts and I’ll answer that question in that video. I do like the weight of the berseker, it hits with force. But I like the traditional hafting of the Freyr. So we shall see!
