It's an aikuchi hira zukuri design with an o kissaki. Which means narrow thin blade with one bevel and an elongated tip.

440a is one of the most stainless steels around. A pretty crappy one though. Basically perfect for this application though

I want one, I don’t mind the lower class steel, it’s meant for stabby.. I just got a hz6 it’s very similar in design… the handle on this is sick tho.. like ray skin rubber..
