Thanks...it has 2 Tek-Lok clips for horizontal carry on belt, but is primarily setup for vertical carry on a vest with the MOLLE clips. Also has MOLLE clips for horizontal carry on vest. This my sons knife. I had the sheath made by Bruce at Red Hill Sheaths for his upcoming deployment to afghanistan. With this setup he has many options for carry.
