Brilliant episode! I've been asking to see Carlos at an IWJG show and now we got it, and what a show. Beautiful Patek Celestial, and so funny seeing the proof of those goosebumps. The ruby-bezel Day-Date was quite the watch, as was the platinum Patek perpetual chronograph. Liked the mutual respect and friendship Carlos and the team showed with many of the other dealers, especially the Miami dealers. Great stuff, and looking forward to part 2 of the Vegas IWJG!

I know this comment is a year old video. But what people don’t understand is in a decline market it’s more important then any other time that you work with a company that has the highest reputation. And if I was selling preowned watched I would only resell through maybe 3 people and CRM would be number 1. If even you find it 1 -2 percent cheaper just knowing that you have CRM standing behind your sales makes it the best insurance you can buy. And that is th part that smart sellers willl learn. In the end it matters who is standing behind your sales. I personally would only buy a watch from 2 people preowned. And CRM is 1st on the list. I will buy a few points more to know they are standing behind my watch warranty. And who would Not want to help give business to a great family business. CRM 100 percent all the way
