Guys just be confident, you don't have to be perfect, just share what you do know. Sometimes if you don't know something at all, share what you DO know about a similar process to what they are asking or something. They want to see how you handle stress not just knowledge.

Thank you for this video. I just started working in the ICU and I’m so nervous about this journey.

Jeena, Thank you for your video, I got into school! Thanks! Now that I’m in school, do you have any advice to keep me from pulling all my hair out?

Thanks for making this video. I’m also coming from a NICU background (Level IV). This puts me at ease knowing there’s hope for us NICU RNs. Was this one of your worries when applying to CRNA school?

Oh my gosh definitely! I hated that I let this affect me soooo much! I struggled feeling worthy as a candidate in interviews even though the schools reassured me that they viewed NICU as a valid ICU experience. Now I am letting a little of that feeling go, I honestly don't think the background matters, as long as you are someone who is willing to put in the time and effort, you'll pull through. Hope this gives you peace of mind!
