I feel u bro. I cried for France after we lost the World Cup final on pens. I was upset for over a year and even to this day I’m still upset about it. I was also rooting for Croatia that day to so I felt pretty bummed out that they lost. Penalties can fucking hurt I have to say, the wrong Spanish speaking countries wins the finals thanks to those.

Yea because Spain executed one of the best penaltyes ever seen which they dont do even close when they shoot pens at the world cups. Croatia also took perfect 5 out of 6 pens but that last Simon's save was crazy. Its not mathematically possible to win 100 pen shootouts in a row. Their is no need to be a smart ass about that,chill out. Spain won and thats it. And we would all agree that everybody would take pen wins at the world cup rather than in NL lol

@@juresibenik5281 Well. I agree that they coped well but comparing transfermarkt and using those number for some kind of alibi for a loss is nothing that I like to do. Of course I am proud of all the success Croatia have achieved since independence but if Greece could have won a title (2004) even though they shouldn´t (according to transfermarkt) then I think that Croatia should have had at least ONE title after WC 1998, 2018, 2022 and NL 2023. I am 51 years old and I hope that I can experience that at least one time in my lifetime but I must agree that I am a bad loser. I hate too lose and I am bitter when my team does not win. It takes several months before I can cope with silver, bronze etc. I want to feel the joy of gold. To be the best nation! At least once! :-)

@@vladoholic8497 Well Greece is 1 lucky charm. The only champions along side Denmark since 1930 as underdogs. Numbers are rough :) 1998 we lost to France, and France had a red card for more than 20 minutes, and we couldnt even create a chance in those 20 minutes let alone score, thats how much better they were :) So nothing to be sore about because its reality, actually we won a bronze against Netherlands same as Greece won a trophie, with a lot of luck so you can be greathfull for that because Netherlands crushed us 🤣🤣 Ladic was crazy in that match and we scored 2 goals from 2 shots. 2018 with all those penaltys against average teams like Denmark and Russia :) We used to much of luck sources before the final unfortunately 🤣 I think LN against Spain was our biggest chance thats why i understand you. But we have to admit we werent any better than they were. We didnt create any 100% chance in 120 minutes. They did 2 in 87th minute. Sooo it is what it is. I would be sore if we lost one of those games after beeing a better team and missing chances. But we really werent better in any of those games. So in the end we are where we deserve to be. Maybe some day, i hope too
