Thats actually Croatian counties map form 1996. Zadar county today is much much smaller and back then it was called Zadar-Knin County, and Šibenik-Knin was called just Šibenik, but Zadar transfered city of Knin to Šibenik county and a lot of North-East teritories to Lika-Senj county
