Moreover, the dedication has only been used when the EBU calculated the average score of the last five years as the qualifying method for the next edition. @@nebelland8355 maybe I'm mistaken but Greece hasn't really given any points to Croatia for at least 10 years and our votes are quite scattered around both western and eastern europe as far as I am aware. Also many Balkan countries don't even play or qualify that often, like Albania and North Macedonia is like disqualified for the finals half of the time, Bulgaria just doesn't show up for some years and Turkey straigh up left since 2013.
