Some of these trails are unavailable on summer. But you can look at wikiloc.com for trails "Vratnik - Krasno - B. Oštarije", "To the mountain shelter Pume on Dinara." and "Gornja Ploča - Nekić"

What would be an ideal journey through former Yugoslavia ? According to you. The un expected journey.

It is for me hard to say. I know very well only Croatia, and well Bosnia and Montenegro. About Slovenia, Serbia and Macedonia, i do not know much.

@@tomislavcar Then, if you had to go through Croatia, Bosnia and Motenegro, what would be your journey ?

​@@henrybilling9174 also, the start would be ner Slovenian border (Rupe entry in Croatia), following thru "Grobničke Alpe", Gorski Kotar region, further to south to Krasno in Sjeverni Velebit region (the national park has the same name). From Krasno to Baške oštarije, and then to the "Winnetou region" driving the "Majstorska cesta" road. After this going to the Dinara mountain. To Bosnia over the Kamensko border crossing, visit the Blidinje national park and following to Sarajevo over the Lukomir Village. From Sarajevo via the old narrow gauge railway to Goražde. From Goražde to the Sutjeska national park and then to Montenegro over the Šćepan Polje border crossing. And in Montenetgro, it is hard to say where to go, it is a little off road paradise. But must see are: Tara river canyon, Durmitor, and Prokletije. I will suggest to go even little more to the south to se the Albanian part of Prokletije mountains. But this would bee a loooong trip. To see all this, you need at least 3 weeks, I am not sure will the 3 weeks be enough.

Pub mensongère tout est fermé et de plus il faut payer même pour bivouaquer sur une plage de chien pour 20euros jusqu'à 9h du matin ,piste fermées barrières en raison des terres encore minées, je ne retournerais plus en Croatie, il faut toujours payer 😢
