But I workout now to celebrate my body and to make myself stronger. I started focusing on other victories instead of the scale. Your beautiful ❤don’t forget that

Hey Morgan. Another 5'2" girlie over here 🙋🏼‍♀️. I'm 32 and used to be a college athlete. My body has changed drastically in the last few years and losing weight/feeling good about my body has been so hard for me. I personally have been watching you since you were in college and have really felt all the things you've been through as a 5'2" girl going through many transitions in life (and anxiety). I just appreciate you being real and honest through the hard stuff. Thank you for being yourself. 🤍

Your feelings surrounding your body image are so valid! It’s so unfortunate that society has drilled into us we need to have our “summer body” or “vacation body” or WHATEVER body, but that actually doesn’t matter one bit and it’s really hard to unlearn that way of thinking. You’re not alone ❤ I hope you had the best time on your trip!

What a perfect day to be catching up on videos of yours that I’ve missed because today I was trying on shorts from last summer that don’t fit comfortably anymore and I’m just trying to breathe into my 25/26 year old body when I don’t look how I looked at 21/22/23 anymore. I think it’s just part of living in a body and in a culture that tells us how our bodies should be. I would love to be at a place where something doesn’t fit the same anymore and I just buy something that does instead of feeling bad about it.

Okay, first off, THE ULTIMATUM ROCKS! Second, I totally understand the feelings about body image. Been feeling that way too, and comparing myself to what I looked like a year ago. What actually helped was hearing my mom talk about how on shows like The Ultimatum, no one even comments on each others' bodies and what they look like. So I'm sending this message to you too, hope it helps! Also, hope Croatia was super fun!

I’ve totally felt those body image issues!! I was in the best shape I’ve ever been in 2020-2021 and now, even with working out consistently and eating relatively healthy, I noticed my body is not looking the same as it used to and it sucks because then you internalize and think it’s your fault but we have to be kinder to ourselves and our bodies. I’m just thankful that I’m strong, can consistently work out and continue to get better with my activity so try not to be so hard on yourself Morgan 😊

100% understand the body image talk! About 3ish years ago I was told I was underweight & I was EXCITED about it, I shouldn't have been! I've gained about 30lbs since then & am also having to buy new clothes, it's been hard. However you are gorgeous! I love your clothes, you always seem to know how to accentuate your body w/your clothes. Thank you for being real & translucent!

Those reformation pants look so cute on you!! Thanks for sharing, it’s nice to hear how common those feelings are. It’d be hard to have a job where you have to film/photograph yourself all the time. For me, my body image struggles ALWAYS happen at the start of Summer/warmer weather.. Going from wearing long pants and long sleeves for 6 months and then trying to figure out how to dress comfortably in Summer is the worst!

I feel you so hard on the body image/comparing to past self. What gets me the most is that I have always had that mindset my whole life, no matter my size. When I was a size 0 I still couldn’t feel comfortable in my body and now I look back like WTF?! I try to tell myself that 10-20 years from now I will feel the same way about my current body yet I still struggle to move past these thoughts in the moment. Just sucks how many of us feel this way yet society keeps pushing terrible standards and uncomfortable thoughts into us.

Morgan, I’m sorry you’re struggling with body image. I’ve struggled too, especially after going through injuries. When I start feeling low I remind myself of how lucky I am to have a pain free and functional body. It takes time, but keep reminding yourself & expressing gratitude for your healthy body.
