I'm lucky enough to hear the sound of falling water everyday. The pipe connecting my toilet to the wall has a crack in it. Croatia looks beautiful but I need to go somewhere inland with no water sources that my family can't find me. Mozambique or Rwanda looks nice this time of year.

Ahh Plitvice is amazing, I went there in May (so just after you I guess), took a 4.5 hour bus from Split to get there, stayed overnight in a place nearby swarming with ants, up at 7am to get in to the park at opening, and afterwards a 4.5 hour bus journey back to Split ... and it was worth it! Gobsmacked at how beautiful it was to the point of being genuinely moving, and I just loved the variety of different waterfalls and the incredibly blue or green pools

Just to clear two things up. We went there when me and my little sister where like 7 and 4 and it wasn't a problem. Also the huge amount of tourists in summer is true but you never pass huge groups on those bridges. The park is huge and they hold a cap to a certain amount of people aloud in at the same time

In Croatia you'll have school excursions to the lakes and one of my classmates brought an umbrella to the lakes and he had it folded and carrying it and the tip of the umbrella as he was walking got stuck on a step and he fell into the lake thankfully he was fine and just got wet feet.

To see, and hear, all the waterfalls in a video is another dimension. And I love to think as I watched that my parents walked these ways and bridges too, saw these waterfalls too, and were breathless over this beauty too. Thank you so so much for showing. Just came back from Plitvice Lakes to Zadar 2h ago, went for an autumn walk today, and look what's the subject of your video today :) This was my 5th time there this year, but it's never boring and always amazing! Yeah, you were lucky with the crowds that day, even for April, I've seen more people there even in winter than there is in your video. But I can't blame people for wanting to visit, who can resist! Now they are thinking about introducing daily limits, which I don't like, because what if there's no space on the day you are there, and it's your only chance. They raised the prices trying to deflect people, but it's not working, everyone is ready to pay even more haha

One of my fave things about this is also the fact that the legend about its creation its in itself mystical. As far as I remember, there was a drought and the people plead the "Black Queen" (around which is also another legend but it has to do with the capital) to help them so she ordered her underground fairy court to make it. Also, there used to be mines in this was as well.

Wow...good job guys. Btw, the prices are high to discourage even larger crowds which would be bad for nature. The officials admitted it.

Wow, what a wonderful park, almost surreal, like a filming location for a Lord of The Rings type movie. Between our home & the Atlantic, we have to pass by this fabulous park. If you get the chance to stay with us in SW France you can explore it. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Marais_Poitevin

When you said that first waterfall is worth 3-4$ i knew right away in the end you'll say it's worth the price. I do think in summer it isn't as pleasent because there are lot of tourists. You barely get a chance to stop and take a photo because people are pushing you. You should check online how it looks in Winter, all the waterfalls get frozen and the tracks get covered with snow. Looks like Elsa from Frozen had something to do with it. Looking forward for the Zadar episode(my city), hope it was a good experiance

I don't know, that ball of twines was pretty awesome and its stoutness measure up to any of those stout waterfalls.

This place looks amazing! In the Balkans, yogurt is sour :) It is also popular as a drink mixed with water.

@13:00 it just hit me that the planks are so reminiscent of the book “A Sound of Thunder” where they go back in time of the Jurassic period. The “tourist” also had to walk on these narrow pathways and could not get off them. If they did there would be unfathomable consequences.

WOW. What. An. Amazing. Place! 0_0 Adding to my travel list IMMEDIATELY. - About the tree with the pattern, I Believe that's caused by termites?? Pretty amazing, but kinda sad at the same time cause...like.......they killin dat tree yo......lol. - I Can't with Kyde's sangwich xD Sour Cream tho..............actually kinda interests me. I'm one of those weird people who likes the taste of sour cream plain. Idk, it's just Refreshing to me. I've heard of people using yogurt in place of mayo as a healthier option, but now I kinda wanna try sour cream just for kicks xD :))
