The way you described the winter fading into spring was very poetic and creatively expressive! So talented, especially with a non-native language!

One of my favourite things about Croatia is its wonderful festivals! But I had not heard of this one. It's so vivid, colourful and riveting and you captured it beautifully. Thank you so much for talking to participants and for taking the time to create this refreshingly unique video. Aaaahhhhh...quintessential Croatia!

Bok! I hadn't been seeing this video yet. Very interesting, I mean, we are able to notice that people from different cultures has got some traditions in common....In Brazil, in february, we have our carnival too..in a gigantic scale, of course, compared to Croatia (nation wide party), but the spirit, the essence of the party is the same, that is, leave bad things behind, enjoy music and dance on streets and let gladness break free..!!!

Back in 1928, my father lazar , being a young boy told told me that in baranya croatia, the villagers caught a real wild man ,covered in hair ,he could not speak....they put him in a cage ,but he died as he refused water and foods ...,?
