Gabby you caught the light on the pond so beautifully. There is the bright yellow patches and then the dark greens around them that give a sense of depth and mystery. That was a really beautiful shot. Did I hear you say people watch videos with Alligators being fed and then they complain about what you feed them? What sad existences they must have to find fault in something so natural and necessary... those are the people you must forgive. Ignorance is a heavy load for negative people to carry around. Forgive them. Imagine having to wake up every day to being THEM. Wouldn't that suck? You get to wake up every day to YOUR world and YOUR girl and YOUR LIFE! Pity is all they deserve. You and Gabby are given grace and joy on a daily basis!❤

Big Mac and Bella are so,so,sweet and cute! I love Bella's spindly legs and firmly planted star feet ! Big Mac enjoyed his head slap so much, his joy seemed to carry over into the rest of this video! He almost looked as if he was laughing and smiling away !I think he was really enjoying the 'fresh' water too! I don't think much of Bella's so-called jumps! Especially compared to a Cuban croc's,or Saltie's !😂🤣😂 Akila's so beautiful! I think that is the best behaviour from any of your Crocodilians I've ever seen since relocating to Bellowing Acres! Akila was brilliant! It tickles me the way her bottom teeth stick through her top jaw! Absolutely insane,on a par with Croc monitor's teeth making their own gums bleed! Not a lot of thinking went into both of these !😂🤣😂 She's certainly developing into a pretty female Nile, smacking that meat down like no tomorrow, but under a great amount of control.Such a clever winkle !👍🏼🇬🇧❤️❤️❤️🐊🐊🐊

Akila is just such a Gorgeous Dinosaur! The shape of her head and face are/is soooo completely CROCO-DILLYISH!!😮 Alligators just have cute faces, or at least I think they do! Akila on the other hand, just looks scaryy as F___K. She shows the text book difference between Crocs and Gators! Her colors, her teeth and her head are just SO Croc-o-dillyish! She is so gentle and quiet when she takes her food. She doesn't make that jaw- snap POP! when she takes her treat. She's so Lady-like! And yes! She looks very happy! I wish we could have heard Dino's "head slap". I've never heard you talk about that beige. I'm going to try and find the video you spoke about. Got any hints to share to narrow it down? I'm sure if II find one titled "Gator training + sanctuary vlog" ...that will narrow my search down significantly!😅 Great content.

Many animals get pets when they do good, but this is DEFINITELY an exception! Pets = no hand. Akila is being gentle though. Chris, would you ever swim with a croc, [maybe you have already], or is too dangerous given their temperament and unpredictability? I wish we could have heard Big Mac's head slap. If people are going to come here to watch all about gators, including feeding them, they need to accept that they don't eat flowers and rainbows. Hazel! Beautiful fox, with the UGLIEST sounds. Poppy eating a danish...where else would you see that? 😆Thank you Chris and Gabby for caring for all of the animals and giving them their best lives.

In regards to rats being fed, ugh, it kills me.. But only because I used to raise, breed, rescue pet rats. And they are so very smart! Tgat was a while back now.. But getting to know them as well as I did,, the connection is still there. But the thing about loving prey animals is also knowing how vital they are for the survival of other animals. So when you feed them, I always thank the rat for giving its life so that another can survive. It is life's cycle. And truthfully, I love the gators as much as I love the rats. It's just life.

Love watching Akilla be gentle. Are her eyes yellow or green. So pretty. Her dental wear are magnificent. Big Mac doing his territorial head smacks so so cool. He is doing amazing. Went from blind to sublime. Bella must have some frog dna in her 🐸🐊speaking of Jurassic park. 😅 warn in the beginning of the video you will be feeding your animals with full body animals. They need it. They are built to eat the whole animal. Organs and bones etc is what they get in the wild. I understand that. Animals needs first. But my tender heart and weak stomach make it hard to watch sometimes. If I am eating 🥣 I put it away for later. No big deal. Is Petunia part wild boar? FYI Peas are an excellent, palatable feed ingredient that can be added to swine diets …Daisy wouldn’t gain weight from Peas like she does from corn. What not to feed pigs from the garden are unripened tomatoes, raw potatoes, raw sweet potatoes, parsnips, celery, celery root, parsley, onions, avocados, and rhubarb. Pigs can eat almost everything else you plant though. what I find very interesting up until recently. I always thought pigs could eat meat from what I gather from talking to people around here because I live in a farming community not what I was raised in, but what I’ve lived in the last 20 years ..is that meat is not good for pigs. And thank you for answering that question about beef for the gators and the crocs. I did not know that but I often wondered why they weren’t fed beef that much because a lot of dairy farms have cows that die and they can’t bury them in the ground in California …I’m wondering is it that the way in your state … why don’t you get dairy farm donations of cows but now I know …it’s because it’s messy and gooey and eewy coming out the other end. I understand that but why you don’t feed them venison …I am insinuating there’s plenty of hunters in Florida, couldn’t they share the ofal when they field dress their deer they can give you all the byproducts. Isn’t deer what Gators eat in the wild? I am so full of questions tonight. My pain level is lower today. Yay. I Love Your new turtle pond. How fun. Turtles are one of my fav reptiles them and tortoises. Omg that storm ⛈️ was so exciting. I am a water baby and love the ions in the air too. The time i spent in Arizonas monsoons was glorious.

When you mentioned alligators traveling through pipes and how the pond here would only be a temporary stopping spot while traveling, I started wondering just how far do alligators travel when leaving a water source to another (the higher end of normal)? I never imagined them traveling far at all and your pond seems like it would be quite a distance for one unless you are much closer to something than I have imagined.

These dayes I rewatched the vlog in which you introduced Shippo to the girls (totally forgot how smitten Yue was with him 😂). Back then you were thinking about making these play dates a more or less regular thing. Like you I'm a vegetarian, and the only reason I don't have rats (or mice) any longer is because I can't deal with the super short lifespans. Even so, the gators have to eat, and since you can't feed them a salad, I don't see how feeding a pre-killed animal that is super quick/easy and relatively cheap to breed (I mean, it's not like you're tossing a live animal into the pond and cheering as the barely-big-enough-to-eat-it gators are ripping a disoriented terrified animal to shreds) healthy prey animal to them is any different than feeding a chicken/turkey leg just because the rat still has a face. What an utterly ridiculous thing to get offended over. There's tons of actual animal cruelty out there, but sure, go ahead and become offended and report the person who is feeding their animals properly.

Chris ... I've thought about what to say about this for quite some time... so here goes. You sound sooo condescending when you talk about the questions people as you. This might come as a surprise but .... Not everyone knows about Alligators and other animals like you do. I get being pissed off at cruel and/ or mean spirited comments and the people that send to you But... if someone asks your feeding practices or if your lake has gators... those aren't 'stupid" questions. You said something like, (to be read/said in your condiscending voice) "We don't have any particular feeding schedules..blah blah. they ARE allgators". Like what the F__k does THAT mean? You might want to brush up on your "customers service skills". After all people donate to you because they love you and what you do for a living. ...try to remember that.
