After resetting the phone and rebooting, after switching on. A pop up message " an unauthorized attempt has been made to reset your device to factory defaut seeting. Connect to a wi-fi of mobile network to verify your security. " it doesn't get pass this option. Any idea on how to fix this

@@FrancoTorres-r4l If you do a factory reset all data will be erased and you can't get it back. There is another option, but you will need to search for a tutorial. It's called Oding Flash Software for Samsung. Then you need to Flash the phone, but you will need to use "Home CSC" file, to retain the data. When you find the tutorial, you will know what I mean. Maybe I have time in the future and will make a video about that. Good luck

If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

After the reset your personal data on the phone is deleted. For each app you need to follow the "forgot password" steps. If you forgot your google account or password, you need to search for "forgot my google account" Good luck.

You have to get into the recovery and if you follow the video it must work. Cable to PC, hold all buttons until the phone restarts, then hold just volume up and power. Then release power button and still hold the volume up button. Good luck

Not working. It is a samsung a8. There are not 3 separate buttons. The volume button for up and down is all in 1

This video is for the Samsung A13. Anyway if the volume button is just one button, you can press it high for volume up or down for volume down. Turn off the phone and just press volume up + pwr button for 10 seconds. If it doesn't work. Press all buttons until the phone restarts, and then imediately release volume down, but keep pressing volume up and pwr button. Good luck 😊
