Welcome to a new video tutorial by CrocFIX. You have a Samsung Galaxy A15 Smartphone and forgot your password, pattern or pin code? Watch this video and you can unlock it again.
It will work on all models: SM-A155F, SM-A156B, SM-A155F/DSN, SM-A155M, SM-A155M/DS, SM-A155P, SM-A155R
Note: All data will be lost/erased and if you had a google account on it, you will have to enter your email and password after reseting it.

Maybe the option is disabled. You need to flash it with odin. Search for the tutorial.

Yes, this is the second security procedure from Android. After the reset choose "use google account instead" to activate the phone. If you don't know it, search for "forgot my google account". If you can't recover your google account or password, then the next option would be to search " Your phone's / tablet's model name + FRP unlock ". And if you still can't do it, you will need a special paid service. Good luck ;)

Ive recently contacted the service provider to which the phone is locked to and they said it will take 10 working days to get the code from samsung. I was hoping this would bypass this and return the phone to a blank canvas.

It didn't work for me, i'm doing exactly what you have shown but my phone starts normally not in reset mode. Maybe it's because my phone is in permanently lock. (problem fixed read my message below)

Because you are holding the power button for too long. You need to release the pwr button once the phone restarts and just keep holding the volume up btn. Watch the video again. It must work. Good luck

So basically i have fixed the problem. 1- Log in to smart things find. (you need to have find my phone feature enabled otherwise only option you can take is take your phone to service. 2- Head to your phone and you will see some options like lock my phone, call, battery, and erase data. 3- Click to erase data which means factory reset. (sorry there is no way without reset) If your phone is in airplane mode like mine because it's permanently locked, and smart things find can't factory reset your phone, because there is no wifi, just call 911. As soon as you see airplane mode turned off, stop the call immediately. 4- Reset should start automatically. Thank me later.
