After click wipe data/factory reset button some matter in down (if your phone is reset,you may need to enter the Google account information (email address and password) associated with this phone to be able to use it again) this is camed but after restarting the phone again Gmail and password was asking I don't know the password.Any solution?

Because that's the Phones / Android Security. You need to know your google account after the reset to actiavate the phone. If you don't know it, try to search for Samsung "YOUR MODEL NAME" FRP unlock. Good luck.

It will remove everything what is on the phone. What is in your cloud will be back once you login on the app after you install it again.

Wrong sequence. power+volume down followed by releasing volume down and press volume up
