Hi friend, i have seen others video about replacement of Samsung A14 5g. Your tutorial is the one where you don't detach battery! It sound nice, so the others youtuber are following unnecessary step? I would like to follow your more easily way even i don't understand why, others do differently . Thanks for your attention.

Hello. It depends if you replace the screen with the plastic frame around or not. If you replace just the screen without frame, you don't need to detach the battery and vice versa.

Hi friend, i am going to change the screen on my A14(a145R). When you checked if the screen was working you went back to assembling the phone without checking for dead pixels, I want to know if you have to check for them before installing the screen. Also if I buy a screen with a frame will the screen already be installed into the frame? Is it easier if I just swap out the internals to the new frame? One more question, where can I get the screen glue, or is there some alternative? Big thanks :))
@CrocFIXАй бұрын
Hello. Thanks for turning in into my channel :) I never had received an lcd with dead pixels. They did work or not, but no dead pixels. If you buy the screen with frame, you just swap all internal stuff. In this case the screen comes already glued to the frame. Some like it to repair it that way and other want just replace the lcd without moving the parts. It's up to you. Glue you can buy from my link which you find in my video description. Good luck. I'm doing this repair will a donor phone that I found in a puddle that won't charge. I'm actually homeless and paying somebody else isn't an option. So, my question is do I need to remove the glass with heat like you did
@jeremyjohnson69649 ай бұрын
Well seeing as I'm about 50% done I'm just going to go for it I'm taking the old glass off of the donor phone when the plastic frame and hopefully I won't break it won't break it I'll let you know
@CrocFIX9 ай бұрын
Hey, if the phone won't charge there is no need to taking off the old glass. Maybe it's just the sub motherboard problem, which is at the bottom of the phone itself. So first step would be to remove the back cover, which is made from plastic and then look and the connectors. Maybe just clean them with a brush. Also have a look at the usb-c port? If you find dirt inside or if it's bended. Hope that helps. Good luck

I found it in a puddle after a rainstorm and it's the same model with an A14 5G basically what I'm going to do is take all the guts out of my phone with the broken screen and put them in the other phone with a good screen and the plastic case it's kind of nervous about doing it because I run the risk of destroying my phone that works
