I like gnomes too, and have made several. One for me and Elmo, and made a pair for my niece when she got married. Mine have feet. Perhaps you could crochet two more 'noses' and sew them to the front of the body for balance. I like the strawberry flower!

The gnome is just adorable. I use a larger hook on mine, too. Hot glue a small wood coaster on his bottom to keep him sitting up.

The gnome is ADORABLE, and I think I would make him a female companion. Same hat, more flowers on hat. I think the flower is a GREAT addition. Strawberries do come from little blooms, after all 😊 NICE JOB on it Kayla! I always use bigger hooks than called for. No one says you HAVE to make them exactly, with same materials/same size.
