I made this bag a couple of years ago using Tunisian crochet method, it turned out beautiful and so simple to make, I had tons and tons of nylon ribbon in various colours so that is what I used to make the bag, no need for a lining because there is no stretch with nylon, thank you for sharing, take care and stay well.

This is so cool! I made a pair of the socks that are crocheted flat then sewn into shape just like this. They're SO comfortable, fit perfectly and actually feel cushioned to walk around on my hardwood floors. The socks stitch up in 2 days whereas it takes me a week to knit socks. I really want to make one of these bags now too ^_^ Love your videos!

Thank you for this wonderful tutorial. I’ve been searching for over 2 years for a good tutorial on the windmill bag and yours is the first decent one I’ve found, and in English too. Super easy to follow along. I also love the size. I started making this over a year ago, but put it off to the side because it was way smaller than I wanted. This is my first video of yours I’ve seen and can’t wait to check out more of your content. Starting with the Jacobs’ Ladder stitch. Love your enthusiasm. New subscriber here 😊

thank you Bruna! you've done it again! i used worsted weight yarn in two colors of blue. I did a sc 3 times around after attaching.I then made two straps ch.61 and sc 3 rows and slst last row. I attached then with same stitch as you did for panels. I also sewed up the sides because with the worsted weight yarn it made it kind of wide so i sewed up the sides with same stitch. Now its perfect. I will probably line it with some muslin but thank you, it was super easy. Was able to do in 1 day. I always love your projects!

This might be a good method for making a tunisian crochet bag. The weight of the bag on the handles would pull out any curl, and you could embroider a cross stitch design over simple stitch panels if you wanted to take it up a notch.
