Beautiful pillow! Can you please advise how much of each your own color you used?
@annabcrochet2 жыл бұрын
Hi - I don’t know the exact number of yards but for the background I used almost the entire skein, same with the back side. For the trees, I would say at least 1/4 of a skein. Hope that helps. And thanks for checking out my video.

I cannot get the 18" length on this pattern when I use either a 5.0 or 4.5 mm hook!. It has been about 22 inches, which is far from the 18. I don't think I crochet especially loosely and don't know what to do. I have been doing 2 rows and then measuring over and over. I really want to make this beautiful design, but I don't want that big of a pillow. I don't know what to do. Can anyone advise me?
@annabcrochet11 ай бұрын
Hi. The more you go the length will shrink with the multiple yarns, it will shrink at least 4-6 inches.
@sallysmith808110 ай бұрын
This is a lot of work to go through to find out if it's going to shrink 6 inches. So the bottom is 22 inches, and it tapers to the top to 18 inches? I'm sorry, I just don't believe it. I would really wish that someone who actually made this had that happen. @@annabcrochet

What kind of yarn is the „white“ one?
@annabcrochet4 жыл бұрын
It’s loops & threads impeccable Aran Tweed. Red Heart Super Saver also carry the same color, I think they call it Aran Fleck.

Video says 5.0 hook but your pattern says a 5.5 hook. Which one should I use? Thank you!!
@annabcrochet3 жыл бұрын
Oh you’re right. It doesn’t really matter which of the 2 you use. I use 5.0 majority of the time. Not sure why I put in 5.5. Hmmm. I might have to look into that again. Thanks for pointing it out... and thank you for watching.
