Love your directions.! So clear and informative and a fun pattern. This is a great potholder. I used the Sugar & Cream cotton yarn and a G hook with 46 stitches chain stitches - it was going to be way big - about 10 1/4" square. When I took it down to 31 stitches my potholder is 5 1/2" square. I'll circle back to the larger one as it would be a great size for setting a hot pan on. I am a knitter by preference, though can crochet and tend to have tight stitches. So excited I found your link on the Ravelry website! Thank you!

Never thought about hiding the color change on the fold line. Thanks for the great idea. It looks so much better.

This is wonderful. I was looking for how you would change colors to make stripes and your video is so perfect. Thank you so much for sharing this information with us!!

Thank you so much for the trick with the colour change! I have made these in the past and was enormously frustrated with the visibile colour changes. Now I know how to do them!

I just saw your video. Always wondered how I could do a potholder in different colors and you showed exactly how easy it is to do. Thank you so much for your video. Can’t wait to start my first multicolored potholder.😊

Thank you for this. It's the first time I've attempted a color change. I am ending up with a hole at the first time we do 3sc in one stitch. I do not end up with a hole the second time we do 3sc in one. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. Do you have any suggestions? Thanks again!
@annabcrochet11 ай бұрын
Hi. That's pretty normal. Just tighten your stitches when you do the 3sc and also make sure the chain is not too loose... and besides they would close up and tighten as you go along with the potholder.

Hi. Yes, you can sell the finish product. But it would be great if you can mention POPCrochet for the pattern. I would greatly appreciate that. Thanks!

hi - I just re-branded and changed my business name to Anna b. Crochet. If you can use that instead of POPcrochet. Thanks again.

I'm confused she says " after four rows" in the beginning with the blue yarn but it looks like there are more than 4 rows with that blue yarn in the beginning? Am I missing something?
@annabcrochet3 жыл бұрын
After you do the chain foundation, crochet 4 rows around it. You are crocheting in a continuous method around the foundation. This is not a back and forth or turn your work method. Once you are done with the 4 rows and lay it flat, it will look like 9 rows. Hope that helps.
@Womenmatter20093 жыл бұрын
@@annabcrochet do you mean 4 times right around to the starting point?
@annabcrochet3 жыл бұрын
@@Womenmatter2009 Yes. After you do the chain foundation, then do 4 rows around it. I would suggest put a marker in place of the end of the chain foundation so you know which end you started your rows.
