Materials and tools used (US terms)
5 x skeins of 100g Charity dk weight yarn (100% acrylic) ( 1250m )
5.5mm hook for main body of work and 4.5mm hook, for sewing up sides and shoulder sections
tapestry needle
scissors
stitchmarkers
tape measure

So am I increasing rows like this, 4 inc row, then 5 inc row, then 6 inc rows and so and how do I know when yo stop making rounds?

I do not understand where I have went wrong because the front panels are not matching the back, so what should I do now, maybe keep making the back larger? Each one are the same rounds of rows mentioned but definitely not the same when put together no gap in front panels at all.

That's correct for the cardigan, the front panels start on a solid round, not on the chain space round, so they will differ in that sense, they also will not meet in the front to form a large circle, the space is necessary in order to add the border to tidy up the edges.

Try to pin your pieces together and try it on, to see which panels should be bigger or smaller, then either add or subtract the necessary rounds, I hope that helps.

I'm sorry that you're having difficulty, but I've listened to the entire video, and at no point are there any audio issues? Maybe it's my accent? I really can't do anything about that.
