For those having trouble: inc in the first stitch of every round and sc in the rest. You don’t have to sl stch to finish every round or anything you can just crochet continuously as long as you’re counting your stitches. Also you can start with a magic ring and sc four in the ring and it looks nicer

Tut isn't that difficult. MC 4 .. this isn't worked in rounds it's SC then join rows, joining rows gives you an extra stitch each round which is why it inc Everytime. That's it that's all
