I'm a bit confused with the first mesh row of the sleeve - you said you work in circles instead of in rows but how does that work, I thought I missed that part in the video but then I realised you didn't show in the video how the working in circles work in the video. If I wanted the top to be slightly less off the shoulder, would it be better to: *not add 2” to my shoulder measurements at the beginning *increase the width of the “shoulder straps” (on either side of the 10” middle opening) *or crochet around the neckline after it’s finished to narrow it? Any input from anyone would be greatly appreciated!!!

Increase the width of the straps, instead of leaving 10 Inches, you can leave less. If you want the whole top smaller, you can leave out the 2 inches.
