Joining strips of blocks so that they won't come apart through use is my hardest part of crochet after 60 years of crochet. This will help me so much! Thank you!

Glenda last year I made your Santa blanket…this year will do this one.My grandma did teach me to how to put squares using single crochet. You are the only one I have seen to do that….I love making granny squares….just wish I knew what to do with the knots……..

I have 15 blocks done so far lol.. I'm using a different green than yours... Mine is more of a hunter green and my multi has gold strands through it. It's turning out really pretty. Thank you so much for this tutorial 😊

I started this afghan at the beginning of the year. It’s for a Chinese auction for our hometown Christmas celebration the first weekend in December. Yeah I know, I’m cutting it close lol

Watched the first video and never thought to make a knot and not just weave the tails. I did a c2c and and had some problems with some of the tails coming out of the afghan. Looking forward to the border.

Ha! I did get one of those fake “winner” notices. I reported it as spam.

Instead of single crochet I've learned the invisible join. It's a slip stitch but it is a bit tricky. I have to pay attention, I have had to rip it out to where I did it right.

I also make sure where I join my last round of my square isn't on the outside of the afghan.
