You could also do giant illusion tapestries on big projects like blankets and rugs. Making a cubine blanket right now and it's looking so cool so far. Really recommend. 👍

I've never heard appliques pronounced this way. It's usually "app-la-kays", so it took me a minute to understand, but these are very cute ideas! I may have to start getting into crochet.

love these! also i have made crochet cd/record covers that you can make as decorations! they take literally 20 mins to make, u can do cute mandala patterns with different colours etc, i used self striping rainbow yarn for mine and attached 4 together to make a long hanging decoration thats on my wall and it worked so well! also good ways to reuse old cds and records instead of throwing them away

Brilliant! You can truly crochet anything. You can crochet décor, upholstery and furniture. You can crochet tiny clothes for your pets--you can even crochet pets! You can crochet your pet's siblings, and their children, and their parents, and your parents. You can crochet your own crochet parents and substitute your non-crochet parents by them. You can crochet all your friends, as duplicates first, then as replacements, and later create new ones, better ones, prettier ones--you can crochet all of society again, layer after layer, until everything is soft.
