i am a BIG seamstress and crochet worker- but I have never learned how to knit and I am genuinely weary about starting. but then again- i’ve ALWAYS wanted a cable knit sweater and don’t wanna spend 60$ on a princess polly one🙂↔️. time to buy some needles and crack down.

Congrats to you!! I know you pointed out mistakes but all I see is AMAZING! Anything hand made shouldn’t be perfect that’s what makes it rare and unique!❤❤❤

I know this an old video, but I have toyed with knitting for my entire adult life, and I can only make a scarf. Making a sweater is out of the question. Also, every time I crochet, it turns out on an angle, instead of straight, so I gave up. It was too nerve racking. Great video and great job.

IKOXUN!!! DROP A “crochet from film” WITH PATCHAS CROCHETED PONCHO AND MY LIFE IS YOURS!!! all jokes aside id love to see you make his poncho that his wife crocheted. i loved the emperors new groove and when is tarted crocheting i had seen the movie and when they mentioned crochet it made me really happy cuz everyone calls it knitting and i loved seeing crochet mentioned. plus a disney themed “crochet/knit from film” would be cool

hii! i'm making the fox ear warmer right now and i'm kind of stuck with the rows 19-22. i have 13 stitches on row 18 but doing the decreases on both ends for rows 19-22 leaves me with 5 stitches for row 23. i tried to calculate it but didn't succeed, here's my calculations: decrease on two first and two last stitches decreases a total of two stitches on each row: row 19 starting with 13 and decreasing 2: 13-2 row 20: 11-2 row 21: 9-2 row 22: 7-2 row 23 = 5 i tried redoing these rows five times in case i just missed a stitch somewhere but i keep ending up with 5.. is there something i'm doing or calculating wrong? i also tried marking the last two stitches with stitch markers to make sure i wasn't skipping any stitches..

Hi! i’ve realized i have a couple of errors in the instructions that im going to pin as a comment soon - you’re not doing anything wrong and i apologize that the instructions made it complicated. you can actually stop decreasing after row 21 so you can have the 7 stitches instead of 5. then on row 22, do the instructions for row 23 and then finish the ear warmer normally. again i’m so sorry!

@@ikoxun oh okay thank you so much for the quick response!!! yeah i was kind of guessing it was an error but i really started to doubt myself after trying to learn about stitch counts yesterday because i always get confused 🫠 but no worries, i really love these hats and i appreciate your tutorials, it's so clear and helpful!! ♡ now i'm off to finish my fox ear warmers 😅 ❤

As a primarily gothic crocheter from Glasgow Scotland you've made this 32 year old wanna quit her job and crochet full time lol your videos are so easy to follow, specially my using UK terms it was really easy to work the gloves and scarf using US terms which almost never happens 😂 you've got yourself a Scottish fan for life now 🩶 Ta much love 😊

Hello😊 First off I want you to know I love your whole vibe. The music really is healing. Your pieces are interesting and cool. So I wanted to give some advice if you haven’t gotten any about your bags and the heaviness. On the straps..if you slip stitch the outer edges of the handles starting from the bag to the other side of the bag, I think that will help with the stretching. It worked for my pants. Hope that helps!!

is the pattern correct? i mean the number of stitches that was shown in the picture? i can't just get it right
@ikoxun3 күн бұрын
there's probably an error here and there unfortunately with the stitch counts :( which one are you making? if you're not getting the exact number, it wont affect how the project turns out <3 Just follow the increase / decrease patterns and it'll turn out :)
