I'm interested in using this stitch to make a nice little rug for my new room, and at the beginning of the video you mentioned that this stitch begins to get dense and look more like a rug if you do it a certain way. To achieve that would you just skip the row of normal SCs in between? Thanks! ☺

Hi! Would this be possible to do with a hdc in the round? I'm trying to make a Thing 1 & 2 wig hat. I have the base hat made, and was going to loop some yarn around the stitches and brush it out. I found this video after seeing your video on brushing it out. If I could just make the hat again using this stitch, that would save a LOT of time and trouble. I don't see why it couldn't be done, but maybe I'm wrong. Who knows. Thanks!
