Thank you. Also, I wanted to let you know that there was something wrong with the last video you commented on. It had to be replaced. So if you hadn't a chance to read the reply I left on your comment to that video, I would like to thank you for that here.

Oooooh thank you thank you for these tutorials! Love crochet, but struggle with aphantasia when it comes to creating odd, weird, spooky, creepy, goth, etc patterns.

Oh so sweet. I found the monster i wanna make my grandson, been looking for at least an hour. Love your other items too. Was wondering how i could also make them bigger. Do i dbl the stitch count? Looking forward to making this guy. 😊

Good question. If I wanted to make this bigger, I would double strand the yarn I intended to use and adjust to a larger hook size to accommodate the new yarn thickness.

Where to put my hook when I twist it. I understand to concept but my brain just won't let me figure it out lol@@weavingwyrdstudio
@weavingwyrdstudio Жыл бұрын
@@CrochetEhCanada This can definitely be tricky. But if your question is more rhetorical, ignore what I'm about to say and think of it as more an answer to someone else who may have a similar question but hasn't asked. Try not to think of it as a twist. Think of it as like you're wrapping or folding the fabric over on itself. Then look for the next open stitch on the top edging of the top layer of fabric. This is where you will insert your hook. Then you will continue to insert your hook through the next open stitch on the bottom edge of the bottom layer of fabric (basically you are folding over the fabric in a way that the top edge of the top fabric lays just over the lower edge of the fabric layer below it). Then you will notice your hook is now located at the center of the "cone" you are creating. This is where you will yarn over and draw that yarn through both layers of fabric to make a slip stitch. Then start again with the next open stitch. Hopefully this makes things a little more relatable and easier to follow.
