In the USA we don't have size 15 thread or 1.4 mm steel crochet hook. I can figure the hook size out for equivalent. I can use size 10 thread mercised cotton. How many yards (meters) did you use? I want to make sure I have enough of same dye lot. Even plain white can vary between manufacture date.

Hi Peter..You are a good teacher and I really like your videos.I have made about three of your doilies and am about to make this one using crochet thread size 5 and 2mm hook. I want to do it in double crochet only and not treble..Would I have a problem with the pattern if I used double crochet only? Thank you Peter. Regards Maria
@PeterSprah6 жыл бұрын
Yes there will probably be a problem becouse chain spaces are made for trc. I have never made one with dc.

I would really like to start this project, because I am looking for a challenge with a very thin thread. But I think you're so hard to understand... the first DCs into the ring, I can't hear what you're saying, 42?32? And by reading the comments, I see that other people having troubles understanding you as well, so I'm not the only one. I also see that there are no answers given by you to questions by other people's in the comments, so I don't have to ask questions here either. No, this is not for me, I'm going to look somewhere else. Such a shame, sorry. I must say, your crocheting and projects are looking great!
