I made this one over the last couple days I don’t know I think I messed up somewhere it didn’t turn out quite as nice as yours but that’s OK I’m still going to keep it the way it is because it’s my first one. Hi Lissette! I'm sorry I don't know, other than using larger hook, I didn't design it. You could experiment with adding rounds but it can get tricky to keep track on your stitch count.

You are so welcome! I recommend blocking the doily to get a better shape which means I make it wet, stretch it out on blocking mats and attach it with pins, then let it dry completely.

Hi, most doilies get wavy while crocheting them. You will need to block it when finished to get it in nice flat shape. You can also try to adjust your crocheting tension and use smaller hook to make your stitches tighter. I hope this helps!

My first time using thread,..is it supposed to be quite STIFF..I find it stiffer than using sport weight yarn..how do you block this??

Hi Deborah, I'm not sure about the stiffness of the thread. Usually it's the blocking that makes the doily stiffer. I usually make the doily wet, stretch it out on blocking mats and attach it with pins. I also spray some starch to give it extra firm shape. I let it dry completely before removing the pins.
