I'm unsure if Caron Anniversary Cakes are available in Australia. We are from Canada and I am not really aware of the brands available in Australia to be quite honest with you. This yarn is a #6 Bulky Weight Yarn.

@@TheCrochetCrowd I f I use a 8ply yarn will that mean for I would just do more rows because it is thin

What you are teaching doesn't look anything like the picture. It looks exactly like running ridge pattern. Texture pattern looks like "V". I figured it out but the pattern is wrong too. I think row 4 also should be omitted because this makes the pattern look like the picture.
