Love this! Just started and completed my first pumpkin about 30 minutes. Not as good as yours, but not bad for my first one. My filler was more of a synthetic roll of batting, not as great but it was all I had. I also sprinkled a few drops of pumpkin spice essential oil inside on the filler. Now I'm going to try with different yarn and filler. Thank you so much!

I love your videos!!! You are so much fun! I have lots of different size scraps. Is there a ratio of length to width for the pumpkins? This would help determine how many rows. Thank you!
@JaydaInStitches3 жыл бұрын
Hi! If you stick with the pattern as written and upsize the yarn weight and hook size, it will neatly upsize without fiddling with the pattern. Having said that for every inch longer your foundation chain, I'd add 2 inches worth of rows :)

How do I make the pumpkin in a medium size and the large. I know I need the large hook and blanket yarn for the large but what about the medium and is it more than 21 chains for the medium and large pumpkins? I love your videos.
@JaydaInStitches2 жыл бұрын
Hi Jacque, of all the pumpkins we've made on the channel, we would consider these (made with size 4 yarn) a medium size. Our small ones are here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/fqHQpZWAlN2parc For a larger pumpkin than show, you can use more chains in the foundation row and more rows to "fatten" it up 😊
