@@laurence2903 I'm using recycled cotton from the brand "we love yarn"! some substitutes of this would be lily sugar 'n cream or drops paris yarn! basically any worsted weight cotton

Hi. I'm an impatient person sometimes, and right now my creative juices are flowing so I'm going to try to make this on my own from the information you gave in the video and from some other videos. So I had to ask, how many chains did you make for the front and back panels of the bag?

@@Channieslostchild ok i thought i replied to this but i guess the comment didn't save ;w; anyway!! I would basically have to count my sts since I didn't note of it yet. what I did as shown in the video was lay my first row down to see if it matches a messenger bag I already own c: but in general I'm not super comfortable with sharing any details about designs I plan on making into a pattern publically (unless it's super general questions). it's okay if you see it as gatekeeping but it's mostly bc I rely on my job + patternmaking to pay for part of college + keep me feeling less stressed financially since my house burned down in April. I hope my reasoning makes sense, but it's okay if it doesn't!

Hii, im actually a young crocheter who is 14 years old, i started crochet like when i was 12/13. And i dont know if this is like 'objective" opinion but i kind of relate to you when you explain about the project. Mostly at stitches , i want it to look decent and not so basic also to have more texture but not time taking and less gaps. And i really love sum compartments bcs they make projects more '??' Idk what how they say it but like un-plain/basic. I really want to buy your patterns but in my currency (RM) its kind of pricy for me, it barely can afford my 1 week food and drinks ❤ but idrc im gonna save up for it ❤

ty! i'm so happy you like my designs :') my patterns are on the pricier side mainly bc i add a bajillion photos & videos to it, but i always have sales once in a while so I recommend buying the patterns you want during those times as it can be more affordable for most ppl

hello! it's Tunisian crochet! idk how to explain it well, but it's basically a bunch of linked stitches (so you end up holding a bunch of loops on your hook) and there are tons of tutorials on yt showing you how to do it c:

It can hold weight just fine! I lined mine and the straps are reinforced (though I’m likely going to also line the straps as well even tho I didn’t do it at first). I haven’t released a pattern for this yet tho as this isn’t a tutorial but rather a crochet with me video c: I plan on releasing the pattern later during winter after it’s been tested 💖

From my knowledge, a crochet with me is more like a vlog c: if there are videos where ppl explain the amt of stitches, etc, it’s more like a video tutorial! I’ve watched plenty of crochet with me/knit with me videos and they feel more like vlogs tbh! But maybe the types that you’ve watched are more like video tutorials.
