It is always depends of the type of the yarn. Normaly 2 skeins of tube, t-shirt, cord or chunky yarn.

How do I increase the base...the video you have shared in others comments is not useful as there you have asked to put 4 DC in same stitch and above video has 3 DC in one stitch in the beginning. So give a relevant video to this video and how I can increase base from 2 rows to 4 or 5 rows and also how to increase in height.

It is does not matter how many stitches are in the beggining. Follow the pattern below and you can see why I’ve written that it is the same way….
